Mogacho - meaning 'loved one' in Konkani - is a Mangalore based craft chocolate maker rooted in Indian terroir - a French word borrowed from the wine world meaning 'the environment' where the crop grows.

That’s the idea behind Mogacho - to make chocolate that captures the soul of its soil.
We work directly with farms across India, shaping each origin through careful fermentation, thoughtful roasting, and a kind of ridiculous care that borders on obsession.
