Mogacho makes single-origin chocolate shaped by where the cacao is grown, how it’s handled after harvest, and how carefully it’s made.

Most of our chocolate is made with just two ingredients: cacao and sugar. We keep it that simple on purpose. With nothing to hide behind, every choice shows up in the bar - from sourcing and roasting to refining and tempering.

We work in small batches and stay close to the process. Beans are sorted by hand, roasted carefully, winnowed, ground, and refined slowly. We temper and mould manually with attention, letting time and temperature do their work.

Our goal is simple: to explore what Indian cacao can be when it’s treated with patience, restraint, and respect for process.
